Problem Foods Vs Healthy Foods

Food and Food Products to Avoid

Following are some of the foods that are making me sick.

Dairy Products
milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, regular cheese and eggs.

Fatty Foods
Anything fried.

Poultry and Red Meat
All meat

Fruits
Apples, any fruit juices

Caffeine
Any soda (I still drink coffee)

Processed Foods
These have too much sugar and fat so they make me sick.

Since I am now avoiding these I have lost 35 lbs. So what do I eat

Vegetables

Fish or Shell Fish

Whole Grains
